Spot loads, found and ranked. The rate, worked by AI.

Ask Upways Spot for a lane. It ranks every load by what it pays you, and an AI negotiates the rate by email, never below your floor.

What Spot does for you.

Ask for loads in plain words.

Type what you want, like a dry van out of Chicago at $2.60 a mile or more. It turns that into a search of your board and your email offers and ranks what fits.

What it saves youFilling in the same search form fifty times a day.

  • Van
  • from Chicago, IL (100 mi)
  • to Dallas, TX (100 mi)
  • pickup Thu, Oct 15

Every load ranked by what it pays you.

Each load gets a rank from A to D: rate per mile with empty miles, the reload out of the destination, the broker and your nearest free truck. Open it to see why. Loads from your own DAT One tab and from broker emails in one table, in the column order you already know.

What it saves youWorking out rate per mile with the empty miles in your head.

Open a load: the map, the trip and the profit.

The route with your truck's empty run to the pickup, the trip with its dates and weight, why it got its rank, and how long this broker took to pay you before. Profit after fuel and the driver's own pay rate, from your costs, on every load.

What it saves youThree tabs and a calculator before every call.

The AI negotiator works the rate.

It emails the broker about a load in your dispatcher's voice, asks the questions that matter, and counters inside the target and floor you set. The first email always waits for your Send. It never goes below your floor, a yes under your target waits for your tap, and anything unusual, like quick pay or a request for bank details, stops it and asks you. If a broker asks whether it is a bot, it hands the thread to you.

What it saves youThe back and forth with every broker, one email at a time.

Hi Kelsey, $1,700 and it's yours.

$1,700 is above your floor and under your target. It waits for you.

Each email says it was sent with Upways automation.

Every broker thread in one list.

Each load the AI is working shows where it stands: engaging, responded, booked or lost. Anything that needs you sits under Attention needed.

What it saves youLosing track of which broker said what.

Built for how trucking works now.

  • AI built in, you in charge

Each agent is its own switch. Emails to brokers wait for your Send unless you change that.

  • One system, not three

Freight, Rescue and Spot share the same drivers, trucks, documents and expenses. Add one later and everything carries over.

  • Works in the browser

The office opens Upways in any modern browser. Nothing to install.

  • Month to month

No setup fee and no long contract. Cancel online in Billing any time.

  • Your company only

Every table is locked to your company at the database, so nobody else can read your data. Two step sign in, and the owner can require it for the office.

  • Priced per dispatcher

A seat for each dispatcher who books loads. Freight Pro comes with 1 seat free.

Questions

Does Spot work with DAT?

Spot reads the loads on your own signed in DAT One tab in your browser. It never asks for your DAT password and never searches DAT on its own. Upways is not affiliated with DAT.

Does the AI send emails without asking me?

Not unless you tell it to. The AI agents are off until the company owner turns them on, and Review first is the default, so every email waits for your Send. They keep to your limits, never go below your floor price, and stop and ask you when anything looks unusual.

Can I get Freight and Spot today?

Yes. Book a demo and we show you both on a sample fleet, then set your company up. Freight is in early access.
